You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal recreational purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from any maykad99 content without prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, maykad99 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including loss of winnings, data loss, or service interruption.
maykad99 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from malware or harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. maykad99's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

On closure of an Account in good standing (i.e., no breach of Terms), any verified real-money balance will be refunded to the Player's registered payment method following standard KYC checks.
